Meet Bennie’s Leadership Team

Matt serves as CEO of Bennie and is a four-time founder. Matt previously built Namely, the HR/Payroll platform that revolutionized HR for mid-sized companies.

Daniel leads Technology for Bennie and has deep experience in HR tech, data, security, and engineering. Daniel was formerly a senior tech leader at Ro, Namely, Citi, and NantHealth.

Brett is head of revenue at Bennie. Over his 10+ year career at Cigna, he added hundreds of new customers and onboarded thousands of members. Brett is a licensed health insurance expert across the US.

Katie heads up finance for Bennie and was an early key leader at Namely, helping to raise over $150M in financing. Katie earned her MBA at IE Business School in Madrid.

Greg is a highly respected benefits operations leader and has held key roles at Namely, Willis, and Mercer. Greg is a licensed health insurance expert across the US.

Taryn leads Strategic Technology Operations at Bennie, overseeing Platform operations and HR Technology consulting. She has over 10 years of experience in benefits administration, data operations, and workflow management. Taryn previously held key roles at Namely and ExtensisHR.

April leads Ask Bennie and Better Health Plan member service teams. Her experience spans more than a decade in all facets of service, including member-level, small group, and large group, assisting members and HR leaders all over the United States.

Chris leads Marketing and Sales Development at Bennie. He has over 10 years of experience in demand gen, inside sales, and go-to-market operations. Previously, he held key B2B marketing and sales roles at Namely, Northwestern Mutual, and Frost & Sullivan.

Raymond serves as Vice President of Product Engineering at Bennie. Raymond brings a wealth of knowledge in software architecture and software development methodologies. Previously, Raymond co-founded Hive Technologies and has worked in software architecture with Home Depot and NantHealth.

Daniel Brundige serves as the VP of IT, where he oversees the strategic integration of technology to align with enterprise goals. With his vast IT knowledge and experience, he’s instrumental in driving organizational productivity and cyber-security enhancements.

Denise leads HR Advisory at Bennie. She has over 10 years of experience in managing and growing HR communities along with planning events to help advance the profession. Prior to joining Bennie, she held a key role at the Northern California HR Association.
